Bidder Representations and Warranties
Supreme Signatures has sole discretion over all aspects of the bidding process. Supreme Signatures will determine the winning bidder and reserves the right to cancel sales or offer offer items at any time.
Supreme Signatures reserves the right to place bids on behalf of the Seller below the reserve price.

All items have a minimum bid that must be reached, and some have a confidential reserve price set by the Consignor. If the reserve is not met by the auction close, the listing will be deleted. At that point, the item may be re-listed at a later date or sent back to the Consignor.
Autographs are authenticated by Supreme Signatures LLC or third-party experts (as stated per listing). Sales of items graded or authenticated by third-party grading companies (e.g., PSA, Beckett, JSA are final and not subject to return. Supreme Signatures does not independently verify the accuracy of third-party grades or authentications. It is also important to note that third-party grading companies are not required to agree with each other, as only the respective authentication company can verify their authentication certificates.
Disputes regarding authenticity must be resolved directly with the third-party authentication company listed on the item.
Authentication and condition information are provided in the description box of each auction, and buyers are encouraged to review details carefully along with viewing all photos. Supreme Signatures does not accept returns for odor complaints as all items are kept in smoke-free environments.
All Disputes must be filed within [3 days of delivery with supporting evidence.
In the event an item arrives broken or damaged, you agree to contact us within 3 days of delivery with supporting evidence, where a partial or full refund may be discussed but not guaranteed. If a refund is agreed upon, all broken or damaged items will be required to be sent back prior to receiving such refund.
Supreme Signatures Authenticated guarantee only applies to the autograph, not the item the autograph is signed on. Supreme Signatures will not be held liable for any replica Jerseys or replica items that may be sold with authentic signatures Custom Jerseys are non-branded jerseys, which do not have a set retail value in comparison to branded jerseys.
Custom Jerseys are anticipated to have a final sale price of less than branded jerseys but Supreme Signatures cannot guarantee this.
Sellers: Pay a consignment fee (20% of sale price) and/or processing fees
Buyers: Pay the listed price + any shipping/taxes + and/or payment processing fees, but there are no buyer premiums, as seen on other apps
Purchasers are responsible for applicable sales tax unless a valid resale/exemption certificate is provided.
Buyers must self-assess and apply any applicable taxes for all deliveries to countries or states where Supreme Signatures is not required to collect tax.
Full payment (including taxes and other fees) must be received by Supreme Signatures within 3 days of the invoice date. If the full payment is not received, Supreme Signatures reserves the right to terminate your account.
Supreme Signatures may refuse payment if it suspects inaccuracies, unlawful activity, or liability risks.

Supreme Signatures does not provide legal, tax, investment, financial, or professional advice. You alone are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with using
our Services or making decisions based on such content. Our Services, including the content in our lots and marketing materials, are for informational purposes only.
You and Supreme Signatures agree to resolve any and all disputes or claims (including those related to this User Agreement, your use of our Services, or any products or services sold, offered, or purchased through our Services) through final, binding, and confidential arbitration, rather than in court, except as otherwise provided.
You and Supreme Signatures agree that claims may only be brought on an individual basis, not as a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
To initiate arbitration, you must first send a Notice of Dispute to Supreme Signatures by certified mail, describing the nature of your claim, the relief sought, and your contact information. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration.
