Supreme Signatures LLC User Agreement

1. Introduction

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Supreme Signatures LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) as a Buyer, Seller, or general user of our platform. By accessing or using our services, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that:
  • You may only seek relief (including monetary, injunctive, or declaratory relief) on an individual basis
  • You may only pursue claims against us on an individual basis, not as part of a representative or class action


2. Services Provided

Supreme Signatures LLC operates as a premier consignment marketplace specializing in:
  • Authenticated memorabilia (e.g., autographed items, sports collectibles)
  • Limited-edition collectibles
We facilitate transactions between Sellers (consignors) and Buyers through a bidding process.

3. User Eligibility


To use our services, you must:
  • Be 18+ years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Provide accurate information (e.g., identity, payment details)
  • Comply with all applicable laws (e.g., anti-counterfeiting, tax regulations)

Supreme Signatures reserves the right to take appropriate action if we believe you are violating this Agreement. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Limiting or terminating your account(s) and access to our Services
  • Taking technical or legal measures to prevent further misuse of our Services

4. Roles & Responsibilities

Sellers:

  • Must own or have legal rights to consign items
  • Agree to our Consignment Terms (fees, timelines, authenticity guarantees)
  • Grant Supreme Signatures LLC the right to list, market, and sell items on their behalf

Buyers:

Bidder Representations and Warranties

By placing a bid or becoming the winning bidder you warrant and agree that:

  1. You are financially capable of fulfilling your payment obligations if you win the auction
  2. Your bidding complies with all applicable laws, including federal and state antitrust regulations, and is not the result of collusive, anticompetitive, or illegal conduct
  3. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL and constitute a legally binding contract to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder

In addition you:

  • Must pay promptly via approved methods
  • Acknowledge that all sales are final unless otherwise stated
  • May be subject to verification for high-value purchases. Supreme Signatures may require government-issued identification to verify your identity and screen for financial risk

B. Bidding Process

Supreme Signatures has sole discretion over all aspects of the bidding process. Supreme Signatures will determine the winning bidder and reserves the right to cancel sales or offer offer items at any time.

C. Auction Reserves, Auction Modifications, and Seller Bids

Supreme Signatures reserves the right to place bids on behalf of the Seller below the reserve price.
Supreme Signatures reserves the right to:
  • Postpone or cancel auctions at any time
  • Extend the closing time for any item
  • Withdraw items before, during, or after the sale
All items have a minimum bid that must be reached, and some have a confidential reserve price set by the Consignor. If the reserve is not met by the auction close, the listing will be deleted. At that point, the item may be re-listed at a later date or sent back to the Consignor.

5. Authenticity & Condition

Autographs are authenticated by Supreme Signatures LLC or third-party experts (as stated per listing). Sales of items graded or authenticated by third-party grading companies (e.g., PSA, Beckett, JSA are final and not subject to return. Supreme Signatures does not independently verify the accuracy of third-party grades or authentications. It is also important to note that third-party grading companies are not required to agree with each other, as only the respective authentication company can verify their authentication certificates. 

Disputes regarding authenticity must be resolved directly with the third-party authentication company listed on the item. 

Authentication and condition information are provided in the description box of each auction, and buyers are encouraged to review details carefully along with viewing all photos. Supreme Signatures does not accept returns for odor complaints as all items are kept in smoke-free environments.
All Disputes must be filed within [3 days of delivery with supporting evidence.
In the event an item arrives broken or damaged, you agree to contact us within 3 days of delivery with supporting evidence, where a partial or full refund may be discussed but not guaranteed. If a refund is agreed upon, all broken or damaged items will be required to be sent back prior to receiving such refund.
Supreme Signatures Authenticated guarantee only applies to the autograph, not the item the autograph is signed on. Supreme Signatures will not be held liable for any replica Jerseys or replica items that may be sold with authentic signatures Custom Jerseys are non-branded jerseys, which do not have a set retail value in comparison to branded jerseys.
Custom Jerseys are anticipated to have a final sale price of less than branded jerseys but Supreme Signatures cannot guarantee this.

6. Fees & Payments & Taxes

Sellers: Pay a consignment fee (20% of sale price) and/or processing fees
Buyers: Pay the listed price + any shipping/taxes + and/or payment processing fees, but there are no buyer premiums, as seen on other apps
Payment Processing Fees:
  • 4% credit/debit card payments
  • 5% for payments done through PayPal, After Pay, or Klarna
  • 0% for ACH (including Zelle) or wire payments
  • Chargebacks will result in an account suspension

Taxes:

Purchasers are responsible for applicable sales tax unless a valid resale/exemption certificate is provided.
Buyers must self-assess and apply any applicable taxes for all deliveries to countries or states where Supreme Signatures is not required to collect tax.

7. Payment Terms & Non-Payment Resolutions

Full payment (including taxes and other fees) must be received by Supreme Signatures within 3 days of the invoice date. If the full payment is not received, Supreme Signatures reserves the right to terminate your account.
Supreme Signatures may refuse payment if it suspects inaccuracies, unlawful activity, or liability risks.
If payment is not received by the due date, Supreme Signatures may:
  • Charge a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance
  • Cancel the sale
  • Resell the item and hold you liable to pay the difference between the original sale price and the new sale price
  • Initiate legal proceedings to recover the outstanding amount, including interest and legal fees

8. Shipping

  • Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Loose jerseys: $14.95 flat rate
    • Helmets: $20 flat rate
    • Oversized items: $30 flat rate
    • The minimum flat-rate shipping cost for any item is $14.95
  • Combined shipping is sometimes possible but not guaranteed. Buyers should expect to pay the flat rate per item unless otherwise discussed
  • All items sold for $1,000 or more require an adult signature upon delivery
  • Buyers are responsible for:
    • Keeping shipping information up to date before bidding
    • Filing claims with carriers for lost/damaged shipments
  • Processing Time: : Items ship within 2-5 business days after payment (urgent requests must be communicated immediately). Delivery times vary by location

9. Contact Authorization

Supreme Signatures may contact you using any telephone number you provide to us. Supreme Signatures may use this telephone number to:
  • Collect any debts or outstanding payments
  • Notify you about anything account-related
  • Enforce this User Agreement or any of our policies
  • Resolve any open disputes related to your account
  • Perform questionnaires to improve our marketplace
  • Contact you for marketing purposes, such as newly listed items and promotions

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:
  • Submit counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items
  • Manipulate prices or engage in shill bidding
  • Misrepresent items or interfere with transactions
  • Harass other users or violate intellectual property rights

11. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content (logos, listings, descriptions) is owned by Supreme Signatures LLC or licensors
  • Users may not scrape, copy, or resell our catalog without permission

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
  • Disputes between Buyers and Sellers
  • Shipping delays, lost items, or authentication disagreements (unless due to our negligence)
  • Market fluctuations affecting item value
  • Delays, disruptions, or errors in our Services
  • Technical issues, including loss of internet connectivity or platform breakdowns
  • Viruses or malicious software obtained through our Services
  • Glitches, bugs, or inaccuracies in our Services
  • Damage to your hardware from using our Services
  • Suspension or termination of your account
Supreme Signatures does not provide legal, tax, investment, financial, or professional advice. You alone are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with using
our Services or making decisions based on such content. Our Services, including the content in our lots and marketing materials, are for informational purposes only.

13. Dispute Resolution

Agreement to Arbitrate

You and Supreme Signatures agree to resolve any and all disputes or claims (including those related to this User Agreement, your use of our Services, or any products or services sold, offered, or purchased through our Services) through final, binding, and confidential arbitration, rather than in court, except as otherwise provided.

Prohibition of Class Actions

You and Supreme Signatures agree that claims may only be brought on an individual basis, not as a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
To initiate arbitration, you must first send a Notice of Dispute to Supreme Signatures by certified mail, describing the nature of your claim, the relief sought, and your contact information. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration.
